Das gesamte Luftvolumen wird so inbegriffen, Keime an W\u00e4nden und B\u00f6den werden zerst\u00f6rt.<br \/>\nDie praktische Anwendung der direkten Bestrahlung ist auf R\u00e4ume beschr\u00e4nkt, in denen keine Personen anwesend sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indirekte Bestrahlung<\/strong> ist die Sterilisation von Luft \u00a0durch einen geschlossenen keimt\u00f6tenden Strahler oder eine horizontale Bestrahlung der obersten Luftschicht. Bei dieser Methode wird die Decke des Raums bestrahlt, durch die Luftbewegung wird die Luft im gesamten Raum sterilisiert. Niedrige R\u00e4ume sind auf diese Weise schwieriger zu sterilisieren, und das Risiko einer Gesundheitssch\u00e4digung der anwesenden Personen ist gro\u00df.
